Monica Wilkinson, Utah County Doula and Childbirth Educator
Hi, I'm Monica

Being involved in birth work has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember!  I am a certified doula through DONA International, GentleBirth certified instructor, and a birth/newborn photographer.

Childbirth is raw, intuitive, sensitive, and vulnerable. I strive to reflect the specialness of the experience back to the couple and all who come into the room. My goals for your birth are to help you stay in a good headspace (what your mind is doing during your birth is just as important as what your body is doing), provide education, be by your side continually, support you physically & emotionally, help you prepare for things you may not expect, and so much more.  I look forward to getting to know you!

Susie Faye, Utah County Doula and Massage Therapist
I'm Susie

Hi there!  I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 15 years now.  I have received several trainings and certifications as well, including VBAC link, advanced breast feeding and Evidence Based Birth training. I earned my bachelor’s in human development and obtained my massage training and license after that.  Encouraging self care and educating on balance are a big part of what I do to support women.  I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four sweet babies and was able to birth in various settings.

I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires through a well thought out birth plan and a unified birth team. I am here to educate, empower, and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. My college studies have shaped me into a passionate advocate for the strength of a unified couple.  Part of my practice is to make recommendations that facilitate the inclusion of the father during the birthing process. I believe this emphasizes the importance of the role he will play throughout the child’s life.  I have really appreciated the births I have been in where the father  is a strong presence during the birth.  The love and chemistry couples share is a beautiful thing to witness!

Sara Pixton, Utah County Doula and Birth Podcast Host
                                                                                                              And I'm Eliza

My passion for birth began over a decade ago with the powerful, transformative experience of my first birth. I spent the following years immersed in learning, dreaming, and talking about birth as my four children grew, until I could no longer ignore the deep call to birth work. Becoming a doula felt like coming home.
There is almost nothing I love more than being in the birth space — holding, supporting, and empowering couples as they bring their baby into the world. I believe birth is far more than a physical event; it is a profound emotional and spiritual rite of passage that shapes each person as they enter parenthood. Every birthing couple deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported through this sacred time.

I pour my heart into each family I serve. I offer compassionate presence, years of experience, and evidence-based information to help clients make informed choices. Most of all, I hold space for whatever unfolds — with deep respect, trust, and love for the birth journey in all its forms.

I have a bachelor’s degree in human development and am DONA trained and VBAC Link certified. I am continually learning and adding to my doula skills. I have also taken trainings from Spinning Babies, Evidence Based Birth, Bhava Birth Mindfulness Advanced Doula, the Intentional Birth Confident Advocate, the Sacred Sisterhood Doula by Indie Birth, and The Art of Birth by Naoli Vinaver.
