Monica Wilkinson, Utah County Doula and Childbirth Educator
Hi, I'm Monica

Being involved in birth work has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember!  I am a certified doula through DONA International, GentleBirth certified instructor, and a birth/newborn photographer.

Childbirth is raw, intuitive, sensitive, and vulnerable. I strive to reflect the specialness of the experience back to the couple and all who come into the room. My goals for your birth are to help you stay in a good headspace (what your mind is doing during your birth is just as important as what your body is doing), provide education, be by your side continually, support you physically & emotionally, help you prepare for things you may not expect, and so much more.  I look forward to getting to know you!

Susie Faye, Utah County Doula and Massage Therapist
I'm Susie

Hi there!  I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 15 years now.  I have received several trainings and certifications as well, including VBAC link, advanced breast feeding and Evidence Based Birth training. I earned my bachelor’s in human development and obtained my massage training and license after that.  Encouraging self care and educating on balance are a big part of what I do to support women.  I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four sweet babies and was able to birth in various settings.

I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires through a well thought out birth plan and a unified birth team. I am here to educate, empower, and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. My college studies have shaped me into a passionate advocate for the strength of a unified couple.  Part of my practice is to make recommendations that facilitate the inclusion of the father during the birthing process. I believe this emphasizes the importance of the role he will play throughout the child’s life.  I have really appreciated the births I have been in where the father  is a strong presence during the birth.  The love and chemistry couples share is a beautiful thing to witness!

Sara Pixton, Utah County Doula and Birth Podcast Host
                                                                  And I'm Eliza

My passion for birth began with my first powerful and transformative experience giving birth, almost ten years ago. Since then, I have continued to love and learn about birth and felt called to this life-changing work.  As a doula, I am a guide and a witness of your unique journey. Every step of the way, I hold space, encourage, listen, suggest ideas, honor intuition, help partners increase their bond, inform about options, and more. I love helping others prepare in body, mind, and spirit to have an empowering birth.  I believe birth is so much more than a physical event - it shapes a woman and her experience in motherhood and it matters immensely! Every woman deserves to be treated with honor and respect during this deeply meaningful and important time.

Before I gave birth to my four babies, I earned a bachelor’s degree in human development. I am DONA trained and VBAC Link certified. I have read countless birth books, and attended several birth trainings, including Spinning Babies, Evidence Based Birth, and Bhava Birth Mindfulness Advanced Doula training. I enjoy hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, deep one-on-one conversations, and playing games with my family. I am excited to get to know you and hear your story!
