We provide education and support for your family throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We want you to have the joyful, supported birth you deserve.

Hi, I'm Monica
Being involved in birth work has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember! I am a certified doula through DONA International, GentleBirth certified instructor, and a birth/newborn photographer.
Childbirth is raw, intuitive, sensitive, and vulnerable. I strive to reflect the specialness of the experience back to the couple and all who come into the room. My goals for your birth are to help you stay in a good headspace (what your mind is doing during your birth is just as important as what your body is doing), provide education, be by your side continually, support you physically & emotionally, help you prepare for things you may not expect, and so much more. I look forward to getting to know you!

I'm Susie
Hi there! I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for 15years now. Encouraging self care and educating on balance are a big part of what I do to support women. I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four cherubs and was able to birth in various settings.
I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires through a well thought out birth plan and a unified birth team. Though things don't always go just as planned, having one is very empowering. The strength of a unified couple is not to be diminished; I have really appreciated the births I have been in where the partner is a strong presence during the birth. The love and chemistry they share is a beautiful thing to witness!

And I'm Sara
During my first (twin!) pregnancy, I had a lot of questions, but wasn't always sure who to ask. That pregnancy and birth had several complications, and I'm so grateful that, in the end, all three of us were healthy and well. But looking back, I realize that I would have benefited from more emotional, physical, and informational support during my pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum time. I became a doula so that I can be that support for others!
The VBAC birth of my son was indescribably transformative and empowering. I discovered my life-giving strength and fell in love with birth! I look forward to being by your side as you do the same.
